Warranty

We warranty all our work. We are registered with the Homeowner Protection Office and have met the stringent criteria for third party warranty coverage by Lombard Canada. We provide a "2/5/10" warranty.

2 YEAR MATERIALS & LABOUR WARRANTY

• First 12 months coverage for any defect in materials and labour.
• First 15 months - coverage for any defects in materials and labour in the common property of a multi-unit building.
• First 24 months - coverage for any defect in materials and labour supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery distribution systems. In addition, coverage for any defect in materials and labour supplied for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors that may lead to detachment or material damage to the new home.

But what is more important than the warranty itself is the process of correcting deficiencies. To build a new house involves 80 to 90 different people, approximately 15,000 hours of labor, and thousands of different parts, pieces and mechanical devices etc. It's a given that something is not going to work right and will need to be repaired or replaced. We go to great lengths to get it right the first time but if something does come up our policy is to return all calls within 24 hours and to rectify any deficiencies without delay.
